To insure our customers satisfaction we welcome returns pending the product is unopened and unused. with the exception of electronic diffusers that may be defective. If your diffuser is defective you can return it within the 10 day grace period. We accept all unopened and unused products within 10 days of the purchase date. We will not be able to honor a return after the 10 day grace period.
