Once an item is ordered and paid for, please allow 1-4 business days for your order to ship. Our products are handcrafted so they are at the peak of freshness when you get them! This can include making, infusing, bottling, labeling, and shipping. Some of the products that are handcrafted take a little longer to make than mass-produced ones. Let us know if you need an item by a specific date and we will always make it a priority to try to accommodate your needs.

To insure our customers satisfaction we welcome returns pending the product is unopened and unused. Because of Covid-19 we are not able to accept used/opened products. With the exception of electronic diffusers that may be defective. If your diffuser is defective you can return it within the 10 day grace period. We accept all unopened and unused products within 10 days of the purchase date. We will not be able to honor a return after the 10 day grace period.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
