Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for you and others, please review our booking policies below: Arrival Time Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to maintain a smooth flow and provide each guest with their full experience. Late Arrivals & Rescheduling If you’re running late or need to reschedule, please call us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but late arrivals may result in a shortened service. Cancellations & Refunds Appointments canceled will be eligible for a refund. Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to process back to your original payment method.
